About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Oregon State Police (OSP) to establish a five-year Price Agreement for the purchase of automated liquid nitrogen and compressed gases such as hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, and air. The RFQ specifies the estimated annual usage and delivery locations for these consumables across OSP's laboratories in Clackamas, Springfield, Central Point, Bend, and Pendleton. Vendors must be able to provide a certificate of analysis for helium. The RFQ will result in the award of one Price Agreement with a maximum spend of $150,000.
The RFQ requires vendors to provide unit pricing for the specified products and quantities. Pricing will be evaluated to determine the "Best Value" for the state, considering factors such as experience, expertise, availability, and resource capacity. Alternate product proposals that meet or exceed the minimum requirements will be considered. The selected vendor's prices must remain firm for 90 days after quote submission.
