This is a final results document from the State of Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management, announcing the approval of selected firms for RFQ REDM2526-07 for Engineering Services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services in the Northeast Florida Region. The procurement sought qualified engineering firms to provide professional MEP services through a statewide continuing contract covering HVAC systems, building control systems, plumbing, fire protection, power systems, lighting, facility assessments, cost estimates, and life-cycle cost analyses for new construction and renovations. The RFQ process included submission deadlines of January 13, 2026 for questions and February 5, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. for responses, with vendor interviews anticipated on March 3, 2026, interviews scheduled for March 19, 2026, and a contract start date of August 31, 2026.
