About this file
This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) REDM2526-01 for Continuing Contracts for Construction Management Services in the Central Florida Region, issued by the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS). The solicitation seeks qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to provide services across the Central Florida area. Projects will be assigned by a REDM Project Manager based on factors including availability, expertise, past experience, project location, and qualifications. Each firm must submit a complete proposal, and while firms selected in one region do not need to reapply for other regions with offices, a full proposal is required for each submission.
The solicitation does not include participation goals for small businesses, MBE/WBE, or Florida-based subcontractors. Bonding will be required per individual project, and the Construction Manager is responsible for obtaining building permits. Interested firms must complete a prequalification process, with instructions available on the DMS website. For certification requirements, a written statement will suffice. Firms can access the Contractor Questionnaire and Construction Manager Selection Form through direct links provided in the document, and the selection process will follow Florida Administrative Code, Rule 60-D-5.
