About this file
This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Northwest Region, issued by a Florida state department. The RFQ seeks qualified construction management firms to provide continuing contract services for various potential projects across the region, with no guaranteed minimum number of task orders. Projects may include secure or restricted environments, and are expected to potentially incorporate energy efficiency goals, resiliency standards, or LEED-type certifications.
The solicitation requires physical thumb drive submissions with PDF documents, and each task order will require a separate Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and performance/payment bond. While the department prefers CM at Risk project experience, they will evaluate submitted project experiences from various delivery methods. No specific scoring preferences exist for small businesses or minority-owned firms, and financial capacity will be evaluated subjectively by the Selection Committee without defined metrics. The contract will utilize the latest version of the CM101 form, and distance to project sites will be measured using Google Maps to determine evaluation points.
