About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs - Illinois Veterans Home at Quincy for the supply of various Hach brand reagents over a three-year period from FY25 through FY27. The RFQ lists 18 line items for specific reagents, including Monochloramine, Nitrate, Free Ammonia, Total Chlorine, Total Ammonia, and Free Chlorine, with estimated annual quantities ranging from 300 to 2,100 slides. The due date for vendor quotes is listed in the state's BidBuy procurement system, and quotes can be submitted either via email or directly through BidBuy. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and offer the lowest price.

The RFQ outlines pricing terms, requiring that all prices include shipping and handling, and that no price increases will be accepted. It also states that the agency reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel the procurement up to 72 hours in advance. This contract opportunity is specific to the Illinois Veterans Home at Quincy and the surrounding Adams County jurisdiction.
