About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Consulate General Erbil for a Nuisance Pigeon Mitigation Project, solicitation number PR15183556. The RFQ seeks qualified vendors to supply items for managing and mitigating pigeon populations, with a submission deadline of May 07, 2025. Vendors must provide two separate packages: a technical package containing non-pricing details and photos of proposed items, and a commercial package with pricing information. The solicitation requires vendors to submit samples for approval, provide comprehensive pricing inclusive of all associated costs, and deliver items to the New U.S. Consulate General Erbil Compound using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

The RFQ specifies that pricing must be in Iraqi Dinars, with payment made via Electronic Funds Transfer within 30 days. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days and will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. The U.S. Government may choose to purchase the entire quantity from a single vendor or split the purchase between technically qualified vendors. Additional requirements include submitting an NDAA Amendment Compliance Form, providing photographs of proposed items, and including a signed Certification Regarding Compliance with Applicable Federal Anti-Discrimination Law.

Notes:

• Vendors not registered with the U.S. Consulate General Erbil need to submit the “NDAA Amendment Compliance Form” attached to this RFQ along with their technical quote.

• Limit the size of each package to less than 5Mb and do not use “RAR” files to compress the documents. You can, however, use the

“ZIP” format.

• Interested vendor must fill-up, date and sign the attached “CERTIFICATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE

FEDERAL ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAW” and submit along with their commercial quote.
