About this file

The document appears to be a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 02-26-03 issued by the City of Keene, New Hampshire, for engineering services related to the City Hall Structural Repair Design Project. The project involves professional engineering services to design contract documents, including plans and specifications for structural repairs to the City Hall building, based on prior investigations and assessments of existing building conditions requiring repair. The RFQ seeks qualified engineering firms to propose a comprehensive scope of work and associated fee for addressing the structural repair needs of the municipal facility.

No specific pricing details, funding sources, or set-aside information are directly visible in the provided excerpt. The project appears to be a targeted municipal infrastructure improvement initiative focused on addressing critical structural repairs to an important city-owned building. The scope suggests a professional services procurement approach, seeking qualified engineering expertise to develop detailed repair plans and specifications that will ultimately inform the subsequent construction phase of the City Hall structural restoration project.
