About this file
This request for quotation (RFQ) solicits table and chair covers with embroidery for the U.S. Navy's SUPSHIP Pascagoula in Mississippi. The government seeks various sized table covers, chair covers, and CPO (Chief Petty Officer) covers for mess decks, wardrooms, and staterooms aboard LPD 29. Delivery is required within 45 days to SUPSHIP Pascagoula. The small business set-aside targets vendors with a size standard of 1000 employees or fewer. Offers are due by April 2, 2024 and must conform to line items, artwork requirements, and descriptions provided. The RFQ incorporates standard clauses for commercial item contracts and requires standard forms, pricing, technical capabilities, and responsibility representations from offerors.
