About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Division of Environmental Health, for the procurement of a Mercury Vapor Analyzer (MVA). The agency is seeking a vendor who is the manufacturer or a manufacturer-authorized distributor and service center for this equipment. The vendor must be able to provide manufacturer-recommended annual calibration and preventative maintenance services for 3 years, as well as direct technical support for troubleshooting functional issues. The MVA must meet specific technical specifications, including a useful detection range, measurement principle, and required accessories. Vendors must provide the make, model, and pricing information for the MVA, as well as the 3-year calibration and service, and any potential trade-in discounts for a pre-owned Ohio Lumex RA915+ MVA. Quotes must be submitted electronically via the BidBuy system by the due date listed. The selected vendor must provide the lowest-priced offer that meets all requirements, and the state reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
