The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with all costs including labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, and ferry fees to be included in the bid. The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with ODNR, EPA, and local environmental regulations, proper waste disposal, site cleanup, and conducting a final walkthrough with the project manager. The bid specifications require contractors to provide proof of insurance, applicable licenses, warranty information, and estimated start and completion dates. The aerial image of the site shows a curved asphalt parking area adjacent to wooded terrain, with multiple boats and vehicles currently parked in the lot.
