About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for OregonBuys Solicitation # S-63500-00011955. The RFQ requests bids for the procurement of 20 fiberglass rearing tanks, 4 ft x 4 ft x 17 ft with a sloped bottom, and 4 fiberglass picking troughs, 22 in x 12 in x 16 ft with stand and aluminum baskets. All goods must be delivered no later than July 15, 2025. Bids can be submitted electronically through OregonBuys or via email to ODFW. The RFQ indicates that alternate bids will be considered on products that meet or exceed the specified items, and the agency will determine whether a product is "equal" in its sole discretion.

The RFQ requires all pricing to be held firm for 30 days. It also provides information on the COBID (Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity) certification program for vendors in Oregon. Vendors are asked to provide their COBID certification number, if applicable.
