About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) related to the procurement of a Teledyne FLIR M364C LR Premium Multispectral Marine Camera. The requested item must be delivered no later than April 15, 2024, and the RFQ requires a mandatory bid proposal form to be submitted by 2:00 PM on April 5, 2024. The equipment is to be shipped to the ODFW office in Newport, Oregon. The RFQ is for OregonBuys Opportunity #63500-00009832.

The RFQ indicates that the procurement is open to alternate bids on products that meet or exceed the minimum requirements, and the ODFW will determine if a proposed product is "equal" to the specified brand. Pricing for the bid must be held firm for 30 days. The RFQ does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or funding requirements, and there are no details provided about the overall contract term or renewal options.
