Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of the American Embassy Tirana, Albania, The American Consulate Frankfurt, Germany hereby invites your company to submit a price quotation (offer) for the Computer Equipment specified in the attached Statement Of Work/Specifications. The subject items are required by the General Services Office (GSO) at the American Embassy in Tirana, Albania.

Your offer for the subject items must be in the English language and include, as minimum, the following documentation and information:

In your offer, please include a compliance sheet clearly indicating that the specifications of the proposed items meet the minimum specification requirements listed in the Scope of Work.

2) Specify currency of your offer.

3) Costs for shipment of the proposed items on C.I.F. destination basis to the American Embassy Tirana, Albania.

4) A binding delivery schedule (time) for the proposed Items to the American Embassy Tirana, Albania, in calendar days or months, based on receipt of the U.S. Government’s purchase order by the vendor.

5) Warranty terms and conditions applicable for the proposed items.

6) Validity period of your offer. Please note that your offer for the proposed computer equipment shall be valid for at least two (2) months from the date of quotation.

7) You are requested to submit your detailed offer for the subject items to this office, via e-mail, as soon as possible but no later than close of business, Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
