About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs for institutional laundry services at their LaSalle facility for the period of October 2021 through December 2021. The RFQ is seeking quotes for laundry services with an estimated 48,000 pounds of laundry. Vendors must provide pricing per pound and the total quote amount. The vendor selected will be required to adhere to COVID-19 protocols set forth in the Governor's Executive Orders. The RFQ specifies that quoted prices must be valid for 180 days and include all shipping and handling charges, with no price increases accepted. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all offers.

The RFQ outlines specific requirements regarding prevailing wage, partial shipments, and warranty terms. Vendors are required to complete the provided form in its entirety, and failure to do so may result in disqualification. Pricing will be the primary evaluation factor, with the award going to the vendor with the lowest total bid.
