About this file
This document is an Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Hach reagents for use in an SL1000 analyzer at the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy, Illinois. The contract is for a two-year period from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024, with quarterly orders placed in both fiscal years. The RFQ specifies the estimated annual usage for six different Hach reagent items, including monochloramine, nitrate, free ammonia, total chlorine, total ammonia, and free chlorine reagents. Vendors must provide pricing and product information for each item, as well as confirm adherence to COVID-19 protection requirements.
The RFQ states that all quoted prices must be valid for 90 days and include shipping and handling. No price increases will be accepted, and the agency reserves the right to reject all offers, award by item or in total, and choose the winning vendor based on the lowest total bid. The agency also reserves the right to partial ship equipment in case of a delay on the total order, and vendors may attach a separate page describing their proposal.
