Vendor shall describe, in an attachment if not already provided, the names and addresses of all authorized subcontractors to be utilized by Vendor in the performance of this contract, together with a description of the work to be performed by the subcontractor and the anticipated amount of money that each subcontractor is expected to receive pursuant to this contract. If required, Vendor shall provide a copy of any subcontracts within fifteen (15) days after execution of this contract. All subcontracts must include the same certifications that Vendor must make as a condition of this contract. The Vendor or subcontractors shall not impose a charge for audit or examination of the Vendor’s or subcontractor’s books and records. 30 ILCS 500/20-65.
