About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Quincy Illinois Veterans Home for the procurement of FY25 Chicken Quarters. The agency is seeking to purchase 6,000 lbs of frozen, US Grade A chicken quarters, which must include the breast, wing, and legs. The product will be ordered in case quantities throughout the fiscal year on an as-needed basis. Vendors must submit their quotes via email to the agency contact, Chantel Baker, by the due date listed in BidBuy. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price. The agency reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel orders up to 72 hours in advance.
Pricing terms require that all prices include shipping and handling charges, and no price increases will be accepted. The quote must be valid for 90 days from the date of submission. The agency will only accept electronic submissions for this small purchase procurement via email or BidBuy, and manual submissions in paper format will not be accepted.
