About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Quincy Illinois Veterans Home for the procurement of assorted jelly products for fiscal year 2024. The agency is seeking 200 cases of strawberry, grape, and mixed fruit jelly in 0.5-ounce plastic cup containers. The products will be ordered in case quantities throughout the fiscal year on an as-needed basis. Vendors must submit quotes electronically via email or through the BidBuy procurement system by the due date listed. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price. The agency reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel orders up to 72 hours in advance.
The RFQ specifies that all quoted prices must include shipping and handling charges, and no price increases will be accepted. Vendors may attach a separate page describing their proposal for the supplies or services. The agency requires a minimum 1-year warranty on all products. This contract opportunity is open to all qualified vendors, and the agency will select the vendor that can provide the required products at the lowest price.
