About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Quincy Illinois Veterans Home for FY24 in-line filters. The agency is seeking to procure 36 each of two types of in-line filters: a 5-micron filter for stage 1 and a 0.2-micron filter for stage 2 and bypass. The filters must be compatible with the canisters already in use at the facility. Vendors must submit quotes by the due date listed in BidBuy. All products must be new and carry a minimum 1-year warranty. The agency reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel the procurement up to 72 hours in advance.

The RFQ specifies the technical requirements for the filters, including recommended flow rates, micron ratings, media size, capacity, and reduction rates for chlorine and THMs. Vendors must provide unit pricing and extended pricing for each item. All prices must include shipping and handling, and no price increases will be accepted. The agency will select the vendor that can provide all required supplies and services at the lowest price.
