About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Quincy Veterans Home for the procurement of in-line filters for Fiscal Year 2024. The agency is seeking 36 each of two types of filters: 5-micron filters with a recommended flow rate of 15 gallons per minute and 0.2-micron filters with a recommended flow rate of 40 gallons per minute. The filters must be compatible with the existing filter canisters at the facility. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email or through the BidBuy portal by the due date listed, and the selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and offer the lowest price. The quote must be valid for 90 days and include all expenses, with no price increases accepted. The agency reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel the procurement up to 72 hours in advance.

Pricing terms require vendors to provide unit prices and extended prices for the two filter types. All products must be new and carry a minimum 1-year warranty. Shipping and handling charges must be included in the quoted prices. The agency does not specify any set-aside requirements, nor does it provide information about incumbents or the current environment. Funding sources are not disclosed, but the agency reserves the right to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement.
