About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Quincy Illinois Veterans Home for an annual contract to provide soda products. The RFQ seeks quotes for four specific soda items, including diet lemon-lime, diet cola, lemon-lime, and cola, all in 8-ounce cans. The estimated annual quantities for each item are provided. Orders will be placed with a two-week lead time for delivery, and the actual quantities ordered will be determined by need and funding. The quote must be valid for 90 days and include all expenses, with no price increases accepted. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price.

Pricing must be submitted either via email or through the BidBuy system. The RFQ also outlines COVID-19 protections, stating that the selected vendor must adhere to any applicable executive orders and the agency may implement additional vaccination or testing requirements. The contract term is for fiscal year 2024, and the agency reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel up to 72 hours in advance.
