Software Version 2018R2
Currently 131 client licenses in use, and 29 ICBM licenses in use Mediant 3K is connected to the Maxwell AFB base phone switch using 4 T1 cables. All call volume is routed in and out through there. Vendor must be able to renew existing site licenses for the Air Force premise-based Genesys PureConnect Prem (CIC) phone system.
Current system is running 2018R2 software. New PoP starts 31 July. Vendor must be a certified Genesys Platinum Partner for both PureConnect Prem and PureConnect Cloud. Vendor must provide 24/7/365 telephone support for our PureConnect Prem system.
Vendor must be able to support our ACD with no remote interfaces or external connectivity of any kind.
Vendor support must include periodic assistance to Gunter personnel when we’re making changes to the function of the existing call tree, as mission needs evolve.
Vendor must have the ability to send a team of experts onsite to Gunter periodically to assist in major upgrades or reconfigurations (for an additional firm fixed price).
Vendor must be able to assist with the eventual transition of the ACD servers to VOIP (Voice over IP), as opposed to our current usage of the analog Mediant 3000 to establish connection to the phones. Additionally, the vendor must be able to physically transition the servers from Mediant 3k to VOIP, to transition from premise-based to cloud-based applications, and to support cloud-based applications after the transition. This may require a long lead time, but potential vendors should have experience doing this.
Vendor must have the ability to transition our ACD to the cloud before support for premise-based ACD ends. This may require a long lead time, but potential vendors should have experience doing this.
