About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of two Small Shelter System tents to support the Officer Training School (OTS) at Maxwell Air Force Base. The Air Education and Training Command (AETC) seeks to establish temporary housing facilities at the OTS Blue Thunder location capable of accommodating up to 175 students simultaneously. The baseline reference shelter system is the CAMSS Shelter Model CAMSS-HIT-20QM4W or equivalent, with vendors permitted to propose equal or superior products that demonstrate full compliance with specified performance characteristics outlined in Attachment 1, Statement of Requirements (SOR).
The procurement package includes not only the two shelter tents but also electrical distribution kits, lighting systems, fire extinguishers, and on-site delivery with installation services at Maxwell Air Force Base. This requirement directly supports the "OTS-Victory" initiative and represents a complete turnkey solution for temporary shelter infrastructure. Vendors responding to this RFQ must provide products and services that meet or exceed all stated performance specifications to be considered for award.
