Chemicals that leave a residue or odor (i.e. weed oil) for longer than one (1) hour are not authorized.

The ADM Manager reserves the right to prohibit the use of any Chemical that may be undesirable for any reason, at such time the ADM Manager will work with the Contractor to determine an approved alternative.

Application must be coordinated with weather and sprinkler schedules so that sprayed material is not washed off of the plants. In the event repeat application is required the Contractor must reapply at the sole expense of the Contractor, if rain or irrigation washes material off of the plants before uptake.

Chemicals must be prevented from drifting and coming in contact with pedestrian use items, ponds, water features, and drinking fountains at the location.
