About this file

This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Idaho Division of Purchasing on behalf of the Information Technology Services (ITS) for Enterprise Password Management Software products. The RFQ seeks quotes for an off-the-shelf, SaaS, or on-premise solution that provides 240 user licenses and 4-6 administrator licenses. The solution must meet several technical specifications, including ASE 256 encryption, SAML integration with Azure AD and DUO MFA, integrations with ITSM and ITAM tools, and the ability to monitor for dark web password and username breaches. The software must also have capabilities such as importing existing secrets, administrator control of password hierarchy, folder-based organization, automated credential rotation, and full audit logging. The contractor must deliver the software electronically by June 1, 2024, and the resulting contract will be for one year, with optional renewals for four additional years.

The award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor with the lowest total cost, as provided on IPRO LUMA. Vendors must submit their total cost and all required submittal items, including the State of Idaho Signature Page and manufacturer warranty information, to the Idaho Division of Purchasing by the established deadline.
