Pricing must be submitted as a not-to-exceed amount inclusive of all services, expenses, travel, and fees, with detailed pricing to be requested from the selected awardee. Payment requires submission of invoices with itemized charges, subcontractor receipts, photo documentation of completed tasks, and disposal documentation including scale tickets and total weight or volume of materials.
