RFQ ATTACHMENT 3 – ASSESSOR PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE
Instructions:
· Sections I through III are to be completed by the Quoter/Major Subcontractor and provided to the Assessor (Government personnel who had experience with the Quoter/Major Subcontractor on a relevant contract referenced on RFQ Attachment 3). The Quoter DOES NOT submit this attachment to the soliciting agency, instead the Quoter sends this to the assessor after completing I – III, then the assessor is to complete the instructions below and then submits this directly to the soliciting agency.
· The Assessor, in turn, will verify Sections II and III, review Section IV, and complete Section V of this Questionnaire. The assessor will submit the completed Questionnaire directly to the Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region – Regional Contracting Office, at monica.curley@usmc.mil

| Project/Requirement Description |
| The United States Marine Corps, seeks a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) automated social networking capability to provide the ability to conduct effective and efficient discovery, reporting and removal of imposter social media accounts. Using COTS automation technology will reduce both human and network resource expenditure, time and work factor efforts allowing for a comprehensive social media review. The COTS also will be used in integrating the discovery of malware and trends with hashtags as an additional aspect of pinpointing emerging trends concerning the USMC, allowing for quick identification of threat agents and entry points for malware and impersonators trying to gain followership through discussion topics. The solution must have the ability to query at a minimum, the various social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, TikTok, Discord, SnapChat, Threads, Telegram, and others). The capability/solution shall be responsible for any agreements with the required social media organizations that will enable the capability to execute and perform successfully. |
