About this file
This document is a CLIN schedule for a blanket purchase agreement for geotechnical services for the Albuquerque District USACE. The BPA is for the period of contract award through September 30, 2028. The CLIN schedule lists various geotechnical, construction phase, and laboratory testing services with their associated item numbers, descriptions, test standards, and units of measure. Pricing will be on a unit rate basis for individual line items. Mobilization and demobilization costs are also included with notes outlining the treatment of work within and outside a 30 mile radius of the contractor's origin point. Technician hours for construction phase services include travel costs to and from job sites. Any laboratory testing must be performed by an ELAP accredited facility.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for the Albuquerque District Geotechnical and Construction Services BPA. The solicitation number is W912PP23Q0045 and was issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Albuquerque. The BPA will be for geotechnical and construction materials testing services to support various projects in the Albuquerque area over the next five years.
