then evaluate them for Technical Acceptability. The Government reserves the right to evaluate additional quotes for technical acceptability if in the Government’s best interest. If additional quotes are evaluated for technical acceptability they will be selected in the order of price.

Evaluation Factors:

The following factors will be used to evaluate offers. The Government will evaluate quotes for acceptability and will evaluate the lowest but will not rank the proposals by the non-price factors.

To be eligible for consideration of award, the total firm-fixed price shall include vendor’s contract line-item number (CLIN), unit price and extended prices (to include any discounts for CLIN). The quote must accurately cover all items listed in the schedule. All pricing will remain valid from the date of submission for 30 days. An offer must be made on all items in the schedule.

2. TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY – No reconditioned or used parts are acceptable. Provide separate sheet for technical evaluation that clearly shows how product meets each specification listed within this solicitation.

The Government team will evaluate the technical quotations on a pass/fail basis, assigning ratings of Acceptable or Unacceptable. Only those quotations determined to be technically acceptable will be considered for award.
