About this file

This document is an Addendum 3 to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from the St. Johns River Water Management District (the District) for Real Estate Services Environmental Site Assessment Services. The Addendum provides clarifications to prospective respondents on several key questions, including the definition of "annual volume of work," allowance for subcontractor substitutions, the minimum project value requirement, and the required forms and their placement within the submittal. The overall contract opportunity, as described in the related state and local contract opportunity, is for services including Environmental Site Assessments, remediation coordination, and related document processing, with the work to be performed in Putnam County, Florida. The bid due date remains July 10, 2024.

The Addendum confirms that the "annual volume of work" refers to the respondent's annual revenues, and that subcontractor substitutions can be made with the District's approval. It also clarifies that the $4,000 minimum project value applies to each individual task or project, not the overall contract value. Respondents are advised to submit forms only once, either under Tab 1 or Tab 3, and that the District does not have a separate form for LLCs, requiring the use of the "Certificate as to Corporation" form.
