1.0 TITLE

Procurement of One (1) Brand Name or Equal FormulaTrix Mantis v.4 Liquid Dispenser and Associated Instrumentation

2.0 BACKGROUND

The Liver Cancer Program (LCP), at the Center for Cancer Research (CCR), within the National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH) is a multidisciplinary network of researchers and clinicians dedicated to improving the detection, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of liver cancer. The LCP consolidates expertise and creates an interactive and collaborative environment to foster liver cancer care and research. LCP conducts innovative laboratory studies, including phage library production and phage immunoprecipitation sequencing (“VirScan”) for profiling the specificities of human antiviral antibodies. LCP also develops promising clinical applications, such as molecular subgrouping of patients to advance targeted biomarker-guided therapies.

These laboratory studies and clinical applications require extensive handling of a large variety of low-volume liquids on microplates. Therefore, LCP requires one (1) Brand Name or Equal FormulaTrix Mantis v.4 Liquid Dispenser and associated instrumentation.
