RFQ No.: 75N91024Q00126 Amendment No.: 0001
Subject: Questions Received for RFQ# 75N91024Q00126
This document is to serve as Amendment #001 of the subject Request for Quote (RFQ). The purpose of this amendment is for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) to formally respond to questions received in relation to the subject RFQ# 75N91024Q00126.
Following are the questions received in relation to the subject requirement:
Question:
Will you need to keep your reagent cold prior to dispensing?
Answer:
No
Do you need Application support for designing your assays?
Answer:
No
[Do] the [SAM.gov] Reps and Certs (R+C) documentation… need…to [be] submitted along with our [quote]?
Answer:
If there are no changes to the SAM.gov Reps and Certs (R+C) then a statement that the “Annual Representations and Certifications have been completed and are accurate in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov)” is sufficient.
As stated in the RFQ, the R+C are incorporated in the offer by reference under FAR 52.212(b)(2). The offeror can make changes or exceptions to parts of its R+C for the purpose of this RFQ. Changes or exceptions to the R+C must be expressly stated as part of the quote. Any changes or exceptions provided by the offeror do not automatically change the R+C in SAM.gov
