“Interconnection arrangements” means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another’s network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources.

For all pick-ups or drop offs that fall on a federal holiday not specified in the schedule below, a new date will be coordinated by the VSC, with the NRC and the contractor.
▪ Any delay of pick-up or drop-off will need to be communicated with the TPOC no less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pick-up or drop-off.
▪ Pallets will be filled and shrink-wrapped by the VSC staff prior to the arrival of the shipping contractor. The pallets will be staged at the dock area for pick-up.
▪ The VSC will provide the contractor with a manual pallet jack at time of pick-up. The contractor is to use the pallet jack at their own risk and liability. Any injury or liability shall fall with the contractor and not with USCIS.
▪ The contractor shall load the pallets into the shipping container at the 4 Lemnah Drive, St. Albans VT, warehouse loading dock without assistance from Government staff. The shipping contractor will load the pallets at the delivery location’s dock.
