This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by FEMA Region 1 for waste management services at the Federal Regional Center in Maynard, Massachusetts. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide trash and recycling removal services for Buildings A and B located at 63 & 65 Old Marlboro Road, with a base period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 and four one-year option periods through March 31, 2030. The requirement involves servicing two 10-cubic-yard refuse containers (picked up twice monthly) and two 10-cubic-yard recycling containers (picked up monthly) for each building.
The RFQ is a small business set-aside with a firm fixed-price purchase order anticipated. Offerors must submit proposals by 5:00 PM EST on March 26, 2025, via email to specified FEMA contacts.
