About this file
This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections (IDJC) for PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) audit services for its three Juvenile Correction Centers located in Lewiston, Nampa, and Saint Anthony, Idaho. The RFQ details the scope of work, which includes three phases: submission of information for the pre-audit questionnaire, onsite review and interviews, and the provision of either an interim or final PREA report. Quotes are due by October 17, 2024, and IDJC reserves the right to award multiple contracts, with the contractor selected on a rotational basis to conduct the annual audit at each facility. Vendors must provide a list of references and demonstrate PREA auditor certification by the U.S. Department of Justice.
The RFQ includes detailed insurance requirements and a price sheet for the vendors to submit their fully-burdened costs for each phase of the audit at each facility. Payments will be made in accordance with the State of Idaho Contract Terms and Conditions, and price increases after the initial three-year term are subject to the contract provisions. IDJC will evaluate the quotes based on the total cost, and the selected contractors' prices must be held for three years.
