This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the State of Ohio Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for Mosquito Lake State Park. The project requires converting two existing solar-powered light pole fixtures to LED and connecting them to electric service. Light Post 1 is located next to the ADA Fishing Pier and Restroom, approximately 150 feet from the electric box, while Light Post 2 is located near the Marina Building, also approximately 150 feet from the electric box and requiring installation under an existing sidewalk with concrete removal and replacement. Both light poles are approximately 25 feet high. The scope of work includes dismantling the old solar-powered fixtures, hauling away debris, securing the work area, and submitting specifications for review and acceptance. Work may commence on October 20th, 2025, during daylight hours, with completion required no later than December 31st, 2025. Prior to bid submission, offerors are encouraged to conduct a site visit with Park Manager Salim Fadzl at (234) 430-6039. Failure to request a site visit will not be grounds for contract release.
