SUBJECT: Solicitation for 55 OG/DET 1 Power upgrade at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska
RFQ FA500026Q0006
1. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210.
2. Requirement: The 673d Contracting Squadron is seeking services for a power upgrade. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to perform the required services in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Period of Performance: The total performance period for this project is 7 calendar days after the issuance of the purchase order. This period includes all administrative time, material ordering, and physical completion of the service.
4. Quote Submission: Quotes shall be submitted via email to Amn Daniel Englerth at daniel.englerth@us.af.mil or SSgt Michael Mangum at michael.mangum.1@us.af.mil no later than 26 February 2026 at 12:00 PM AKST, unless changed by an amendment.
5. Quote Requirements: Your quote must include, at a minimum:
a. A formal quote detailing the total firm-fixed-price for the service (to be itemized on the attached Pricing Sheet).
b. Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI).
c. Confirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) under the specified NAICS code.
d. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days.
6. Basis for Award: Award shall be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror (LPTA). Technical acceptability will be determined based on the vendor's ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order without discussions.
