About this file

This document is an Attachment to an RFQ (Request for Quotes) issued by the Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) for the purchase and delivery of four (4) new Travel Trailers. The RFQ includes specifications for three different trailer models - one 27-foot, two 25-foot, and one 33-foot. The RFQ provides details on the submission requirements, including that responses must be submitted electronically via the IPRO system or by email, and lists the required submittals such as pricing sheets, signature pages, and product brochures/specifications. The RFQ states the award may be made to one responsive, responsible bidder with the lowest fully burdened cost per trailer, or by line item. The resulting contract will be in the form of a Purchase Order, which will incorporate the RFQ, successful bid, and any additional requirements.

The RFQ outlines specific delivery, acceptance, invoicing, warranty, and remedial action requirements. It also provides detailed technical specifications for each of the three trailer models being requested. The trailers must be new, the latest model, and meet or exceed the stated minimum specifications. The RFQ also includes requirements for manuals, titling, and cold weather packages.
