About this file
This is an addendum to RFQ 40758 issued by the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) for Water Control Structure Underwater Inspections. The addendum confirms the response due date remains January 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. and clarifies that the project involves inspecting 113 total culverts across 56 structures, with culverts being a mix of concrete, CMP, and HDPE-lined materials. The smallest culvert diameter is 30 inches, and all structures are accessible by land vehicle. The project completion date is set for July 31, 2025, and a District representative will be onsite to provide access to all structures during inspections.
The addendum clarifies that as an RFQ, wage discussions will only occur during negotiations with the top-ranked respondent. Professional requirements specify that pipe inspections must be conducted under the direction of or by a qualified registered professional engineer, who must sign and seal the final deliverable reports. While the District does not maintain a list of animal control services, they can provide contact information during the negotiation phase. The District contact for questions regarding this addendum is Breanna Pierce, available at (386) 643-1168 or bpierce@sjrwmd.com.
