All parts will meet or exceed OEM specifications and hardware/fasteners will be marine-grade anti-seize that meets OEM requirements.

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

The information below outlines the WFTBn UTV maintenance expectations. Ensuring that assets are properly maintained and ready for daily operations is imperative for recruit training operations.

Assets will be staged at MCRDPI WFTBn Buildings 764, 7024, or 1048. Access to the base is made via the main gate.

Any vendor performing maintenance is subject to a background check for prior felonies, open warrants, and a vehicle inspection.

When feasible, routine scheduled maintenance shall be performed on-site, in designated areas, and during normal working hours (0730-1600 Monday - Friday excluding Federal Holidays).

Assets shall not be disabled or otherwise taken out of service without approval from WFTBn S-4 personnel.

All maintenance will be conducted by qualified mechanics to meet OEM specifications. The vendor will provide all tools and parts (i.e. oil, lubricants, gaskets, filters, hoses, miscellaneous hardware and fittings, etc.) necessary to perform routine scheduled maintenance. All parts will meet or exceed OEM specifications.

The vendor will track each asset by serial number and record hours.

The vendor shall forward copies of the completed maintenance checklist for each UTV to WFTBn S-4 at the completion of each maintenance cycle. Electronic copies will be provided to the vendor and can be submitted via email to WFTBn S-4.

Additionally, the vendor shall provide a detailed report to WFTBn S-4 outlining any repairs that fall outside the scope of this contract within seven (7) days upon completion of routing maintenance. The report shall identify the discrepancy and include a cost estimate (i.e. parts, labor, etc.) for repair. Each issue falling outside the scope of this contract (non-routine maintenance) will be handled through a separate payment method.

MCRDPI reserves the right to audit work performed by the vendor to verify maintenance is satisfactory and to select a vendor of its choosing to perform non-routine maintenance.

The time required to perform routine maintenance on each UTV should not exceed 4 days per semiannual inspection. If the assets require transportation for inspections or maintenance off base, no more than three UTVs may be off site at a time. The Vendor will be responsible for transporting the UTV's from and to MCRD PI if that function is necessary.

Any discrepancies that are identified in the course of the maintenance visits can be recorded in the form of a quote for the service required to rectify the issue. WFTBn may choose to authorize the service or pursue a quotation from another vendor.
