About this file
The document is an RFQ (Request for Qualification) Application Packet from the Larimer County Department of Human Services, seeking to contract with qualified vendors for in-person interpretation services. The solicitation is seeking one or more vendors to provide on-demand or scheduled interpretation across diverse environments, with vendors required to complete a comprehensive application packet that includes sections on agency information, experience, collaboration, diversity, policies, and procedures. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in interpretation, language specialization, and ability to serve in settings such as schools, healthcare, social work, community outreach, and legal environments.
The application requires detailed documentation including business information, certification forms, debarment disclosures, and insurance attestations. Vendors must provide information about their organizational structure, key personnel, language capabilities, response times, emergency protocols, and confidentiality procedures. The county requires vendors to maintain specific insurance coverages and be prepared to submit a Certificate of Insurance within ten business days of award. While specific pricing details are not explicitly outlined in the document, the application suggests that cost-related elements like cancellation and no-show policies can be addressed in a separate cost proposal.
