This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) specifications document issued by Howard County, Maryland, for truck scale repair, parts, and maintenance services. The County seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair solutions for truck scales, with specific line items detailed in the eProcurement system. The RFQ establishes detailed technical specifications and requirements for the services to be rendered, though the document itself focuses primarily on defining the performance standards and technical criteria that potential contractors must meet to be considered for award.
