About this file

This document is a Response to Clarifying Questions issued by Clackamas County Department of Finance, Procurement & Contracting Services for Request for Quotes (RFQ) #2025-06 regarding CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens Class training. The document, dated February 27, 2025, addresses a single clarifying question about certification requirements for the training services sought by the county. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide CPR, AED, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens training to county employees.

The document clarifies that while the original RFQ specified Health & Safety Institute (HSI) certification, the county will accept American Red Cross Training CPR/First Aid/AED certification and American Red Cross or IOHSA Bloodborne Pathogen training certification as alternatives, provided the training includes all required components: First Aid, CPR, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogen training.
