About this file
This is a Response to Clarifying Questions document from Clackamas County Department of Finance's Procurement & Contracting Services for RFQ #2024-114 regarding concrete work at the Lake Road Health Center. The document, dated December 19, 2024, addresses five key questions about the project scope, including confirmation that truncated domes are required at sidewalk ramps with ADA compliance, the need for asphalt removal and replacement for proper curb installation, contractor responsibility for purchasing and installing three bollards at the building front, specific sidewalk grinding and replacement requirements (one panel at front needs grinding, two panels at back need replacement), and clarification that the contractor is not responsible for signage installation.
All scope clarifications reference an Addendum #1 drawing for specific details, indicating this is part of the broader bid package documentation. The questions and answers provide technical clarification for potential bidders without altering the original RFQ terms. The document maintains a formal structure with clear question-and-answer formatting, helping bidders understand specific project requirements and responsibilities before submitting their quotes.
