About this file
This document is a Contractor Information Sheet for a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) visitor access request at the Border Patrol Canine Academy in El Paso, TX. The form is specifically related to a Request for Quote (RFQ20148871) for six untrained detection canines, which is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 112990. The solicitation requires vendors to complete a detailed information sheet for each visitor, including personal identification details, with a mandatory submission requirement of 72 hours prior to arrival.
The document outlines strict security protocols for visitors, including mandatory escort requirements (one escort per 1-4 visitors), check-in/check-out procedures at the security desk, and a requirement to present U.S. government-issued photo identification. The specific visit purpose is for a vendor to deliver canines to the Border Patrol K9 Center, with the primary point of contact being Raluca Rorrer from CBP, who can be reached at raluca.s.rorrer@cbp.dhs.gov. Security requests and approvals should be emailed to SMDSECURITYSERVICESBRANCH@cbp.dhs.gov or faxed to 202-344-1860.
