This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Catering and Lodging Services issued by the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan (Requisition Number 19PK3326Q7073). Quotations are due by March 25, 2026, at 1500 hours Pakistan Standard Time, with electronic submission required to Islamabad-GSO-Contracting@state.gov in PDF format not exceeding 30MB. The pricing structure includes three line items: catering services for events with fewer than 50 persons (50 person units at a price per person in Pakistani Rupees), catering services for events with 100 or more persons (100 person units), and lodging services for single occupancy (50 night units). Value Added Tax is not applicable as it is not levied in Pakistan. The contract covers a one-year base period with one optional one-year extension. Key requirements include compliance with U.S. Mission health and safety standards for food handling and preparation, provision of secure lodging within a secure compound meeting Mission security requirements, vendor staff with appropriate security clearances, Risk Analysis Management (RAM) vetting for key contractor personnel upon award, and accurate transparent invoicing.
