The initiative advances U.S. public diplomacy and commercial diplomacy objectives by strengthening workforce capabilities, expanding awareness of American innovation and technology leadership, promoting U.S. higher education and professional opportunities, and reinforcing the United States as the preferred partner for education, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity.
