About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for subsistence, meat, and kosher food items for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Manchester in Kentucky. The solicitation, numbered 15B11025Q00000011, is a total small business set-aside seeking multiple vendors to provide various meat and food products including roast beef, ground beef, beef patties, chicken leg quarters, chicken patties, fish products, hot dogs, Italian sausage, turkey roast, kosher items, and other food supplies.

The RFQ requires vendors to submit quotes by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on June 6, 2025, with a delivery date of July 11, 2025. The government will evaluate quotes based on two primary factors: price and past performance, using a Go/No Go determination. Vendors will be assessed on delivery timeliness and order completeness. Awards will be made using Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Orders for amounts over $10,000 and Government Purchase Card transactions for amounts under $10,000. The anticipated contract is for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, with the solicitation issued on May 23, 2025, and quotes to remain valid for 30 calendar days after the closing date.
