About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 10202199 issued by the California Department of Water Resources' Division of Engineering for Environmental and Engineering Services, dated November 27, 2024. The addendum revises the original RFQ posted on November 6, 2024, by clarifying that the work will support the Division of Multibenefit Initiatives (DMI) rather than specifically the Delta Resiliency Branch. The scope of work includes environmental services supporting CEQA, NEPA, and environmental permitting compliance, as well as engineering services for modeling and design related to multibenefit projects focusing on flood management, habitat restoration, riparian system restoration, and fish passage improvements.

The addendum makes two specific changes: it updates the cover page to remove reference to the Delta Resiliency Branch and clarifies in Exhibit A that the contractor will provide services to DMI on an on-call, as-needed basis. The services will be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
