About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the State of Illinois Chief Procurement Officer for General Services on behalf of the Illinois Veterans Home Manteno. The RFQ is seeking quotes for 10 floor lifts that meet specific technical requirements, including a compact design, 600-pound capacity, 3-position leg spreaders, impact-resistant controls, and a minimum 1-year warranty. The RFQ provides a detailed list of specifications in Attachment A and requires vendors to submit quotes via email or the BidBuy system by the due date listed. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price.

The RFQ outlines pricing terms, which include the requirement for all-inclusive pricing with no price increases, and the right for the agency to reject all offers or individual offers that fail to meet any requirement. The RFQ also notes that state agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for small purchase procurements via email or BidBuy, and manual paper submissions will not be accepted.
